About Jeremy 

Jeremy Kruse is the owner and operator of Chicagoland Legal Photography. He is a professional photographer and filmmaker with over 10 years of experience. He is a member of the Evidence Photographers International Council and attended EPIC's school in the fall of 2005. As a member, he adheres to the Standards for Evidence Photography published by EPIC.

Jeremy uses professional photography equipment and owns a variety of lenses.  This enables him to take "fair and accurate" photographs, whether it be a wide angle photo of a building, a close-up photo of an injury or an extreme close-up photo (macro photography) of a defective product. His professional lighting equipment is portable so he is not limited to his studio—he can bring his lights to a hospital room, home, etc...

Jeremy is equipped to take video footage with his
professional video camera and record depositions.

Video Depositions

A video taped deposition can capture the nuances and
disposition of the person being deposed. In conjunction with the transcribed deposition, a video taped deposition can prove to be a useful tool in court or for settling a case.  

All depositions are taped in accordance with the state and federal rules regarding videotaping.

• All depositions are recorded on a professional camera and captured with excellent audio quality.  
• Depositions can be time and date stamped and include a time code (running time).
• Delivery of the deposition can be in MPEG 1 format for easy importation into Trial Director, Visionary, Sanction II, LiveNote, Summation, and RealLegal. DVD and VHS delivery is a also available.
• All depositions are archived.
